According to their reports, the investigation established that on March 13, 2024, the 13-year-old victim met the accused on the social network "Tiktok". They communicated with each other daily through Facebook/Messenger video calls, during which the accused threatened to demand that the minor be naked. While communicating by video call, the minor noticed that the accused so-called He was taking "screenshots". He asked the accused to delete the photos of intimate content. In April, the victim stopped communicating with the accused and blocked him on the social network, and also did not answer his calls and short text messages. Shortly after this, the photos of the minor, where he was seen naked, were spread on the social network Tiktok. Intimate photos of the girl were also sent to her friend. Also, the 13-year-old victim was contacted on social networks by people unknown to him, who threatened to send his intimate photos to his mother.

"After addressing the affected minor, the Special Investigation Service conducted the investigation immediately. As a result of the operative and investigative actions, the identity of the accused and his location were established. As a result of a personal search of his mobile phone, intimate video and photos of a 13-year-old girl were found, which will be destroyed according to the law.

Photos of intimate contents of other underage girls were also found in the defendant's mobile phone, in connection with which the Special Investigation Service will provide all necessary investigative actions.

The Special Investigation Service offered the minor victim and his representative to undergo a psycho-rehabilitation course in order to recover from the psychological trauma caused by the crime.

The accused is arrested for the crime provided for in Article 157 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The crime is punishable by up to 7 years of imprisonment.
