Biography

Giorgi Chilindrishvili is a certified real estate consultant specializing in residential, commercial and income-generating investment properties. His main areas of practice are Tbilisi and Batumi. Giorgi is a graduate of the Law Faculty of TSU and a certified member of the Georgian Real Estate Association. His legal education and market analytical experience help him connect real market data, regulations and investment calculations - so that clients can make informed, long-term and sound decisions. Over the past 4 years, Giorgi has worked with both private buyers and developers, investors and international clients. His practice includes asset acquisition, sale, income and property management, investment analysis and strategic planning.
