LegalGEGeneral Lawyer (Representation before investigative/administrative bodies and general courts)
In 2017, I graduated from Akaki Tsereteli State University and was awarded a bachelor's degree. In the same year, I continued my studies in the master's degree program and in 2019, I graduated from the master's program of the same university and became a master in criminal law. In 2020, I passed the bar qualification exam in criminal law and completed the theoretical and practical course of the one-year professional adaptation program. In 2022, I passed the bar qualification exam in civil-administrative law and have been a general specialization lawyer since 2022. Since 2021, immediately after completing the professional adaptation program, I started working as an independent lawyer and continue to work in my favorite profession to this day.
Responsibility, competence, confidentiality, transparency, dedication to the work and prioritizing the interests of the client are the integral principles of my professional activity. I have adhered to these principles from the first day of my entry into the profession to the present day. I try to understand my client's problem and show him a real and correct way to solve this problem. I never try to create false expectations for the work and always try to find realistic ways to solve the problem.
I believe that both principles are of paramount importance. Confidentiality is the golden rule of a lawyer's work and a lawyer should never violate this principle. This is a guarantee that no one will use information known to the lawyer to the detriment of the client. Responsibility is what the client pays for and the lawyer is obliged to use all the resources and means at his disposal, no matter how difficult the path is, to solve the client's problem.
