Vakhtang Baramashvili is a lawyer from Georgia. He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Tbilisi State University in 2016 and his Master of Business Law degree from Ilia State University in 2018. He gained experience in local firms as an assistant and junior lawyer and worked briefly at GLCorp in 2016. By 2018, he was heading the Civil Law Department at Amaglobeli Holding. At the end of 2018, Baramashvili became a co-founder and managing partner of the law firm Sokhadze, Baramashvili & Partners. In this position, he led the broad civil law practice and represented clients. Since January 2019, he has been an arbitrator (member of the council) at the Tbilisi International Tribunal for Arbitration. In addition, in 2020, Baramashvili took up the position of Senior Lawyer at the National Laboratory of Genetics, where he provided legal advice to this scientific institution. In addition to these positions, he continuously practiced law and was actively involved in the Georgian Bar Association.
