The CEC will also provide technological support for the Association's upcoming corporate elections to ensure transparency, efficiency, and high professional standards.

A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between the Georgian Bar Association and the Central Election Commission (CEC). The document was signed by the Chairperson of the Bar Association, David Asatiani, and the Chairperson of the CEC, Giorgi Kalandarishvili.
The memorandum envisages cooperation between the parties, informing Association members about innovations related to the implementation of electronic technologies in electoral processes, and raising awareness. This is particularly important given the rapid development of technological innovations in the modern electoral environment. The memorandum includes cooperation in planning and implementing joint events.
The parties will cooperate in the election process of the Bar Association's governing bodies, which implies the CEC's technological and technical support for the effective organization of the process by the Association.
"I am glad that today we signed a memorandum of cooperation with the CEC, which will allow the Bar Association, as an independent self-governing body, to conduct the upcoming corporate elections at a high level, effectively, transparently, and fairly. The CEC's support in technological and technical terms is particularly important in this regard. I hope that we will have exemplary and model elections in the history of the Bar Association," stated David Asatiani.
"We have signed a memorandum with the Georgian Bar Association, which represents a solid foundation for deepening and strengthening institutional cooperation. Within the framework of cooperation, we will have the opportunity to participate in various educational and technological activities. Also, within this partnership, we will ensure the sharing of experience and appropriate technological support so that the institution can administer corporate elections effectively and at a high professional level," noted Giorgi Kalandarishvili.
