For me, the work of a lawyer is not just the technical application of the law — it is the search for justice in a space where two equally honorable interests often collide. My doctoral research, which deals with the competition of the rights of a bona fide acquirer and a legal owner, stems from precisely this principle: the law is obliged to protect not only a formal rule, but also the trust and integrity of a specific person. Three principles that I rely on in my work: Rigorousness to detail. The success of a case often lies in the detail that a casual observer misses — be it a procedural deadline, the wording of a document, or the nuances of judicial practice. The client’s interest as a compass. Consultation, document, or court strategy — everything should serve a specific, measurable result for the client, and not abstract legal correctness. Law as a living system. Law is not a frozen text — it develops together with society. Therefore, I consider it necessary not only to apply the current norms, but also to critically understand them and, if necessary, to fight for legislative changes - which is also confirmed by my legislative proposals addressed to the Parliament. I write scientific articles for "Law and the World" not because of my academic status, but because the experience of a practitioner, combined with theoretical analysis, provides the most valuable conclusions - and these conclusions, ultimately, are reflected in specific cases.
