Biography

Salome Mdivani is a fourth-year law student at the Free University of Tbilisi. She joined the team one year ago as a paralegal and has since been growing professionally alongside the firm, bridging the gap between her academic studies and real-world legal practice.

Focus Areas

  • Salome handles the essential groundwork that supports the firm’s attorneys. Her daily tasks involve what one might expect from a dedicated paralegal: conducting in-depth legal research, drafting contracts, preparing procedural documents, and assisting with case management. However, her role goes beyond just paperwork. Salome positions herself as a versatile and approachable resource for the firm’s diverse group of lawyers. Whether it is a complex litigation matter or a quick administrative task, she acts as a reliable right hand, ready to assist with a focused and responsible attitude. She prides herself on being someone colleagues can trust to get the job done effectively.

Teaching / Writing / Speaking

While Salome is building a solid foundation in Private Law—with a particular focus on Contract Law, Labor Law, and Competition Law—she does not limit herself to a single niche. She is a legal explorer at heart, always eager to experiment with different fields and broaden her knowledge base. Currently, she is actively channeling this energy into academic competitions and professional development: • Essay Competition: Authoring a submission for the Georgian Association of Arbitrators' Second National Essay Competition: "Challenges of Arbitration Law in Georgia." • Continuous Learning: Salome is a regular attendee of various public lectures and seminars to stay updated on emerging legal trends. • Pro Bono: She remains committed to social responsibility through active engagement in pro bono work.
