შეძენილი იარაღისა და საბრძოლო მასალის შენახვის წესს და პირობებს განსაზღვრავს საქართველოს მინისტრთა კაბინეტი. საქართველოს თავდაცვის სამინისტროში, შინაგან საქმეთა სამინისტროში და სახელმწიფო უშიშროების სამინისტრო ს , დაზვერვის სახელმწიფო დეპარტამენტ ში იარაღი და საბრძოლო მასალა ინახება ამ უწყებათა ნორმატიული აქტებით დადგენილი წესით. საქართველოს 1999 წლის 19 მარტის კანონი №1855-სსმI,№12(19),06.04.1999წ.,მუხ.45
