Protection of Fundamental Student Rights
In Georgia, every student has legally guaranteed rights, which are often violated due to university administrative arbitrariness. These rights include: receiving quality education, adequacy of tuition fees, freedom of choice (subjects and lecturers), protection from discrimination, and a healthy learning environment. Students often face problems such as: lack of mandatory literature, faulty heating/cooling systems, inaccessibility of the library, or lecturer incompetence. This service covers a wide range of student rights, excluding specific disciplinary disputes (which are a separate service).
Our goal is to empower students to demand the service and environment they pay for and are entitled to by law.
