Background
Since 2019 Baramashvili has been a visiting lecturer at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, where he teaches Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Law at master's level. His profile describes it as the first course of its kind in Georgia, focused on FinTech regulation and blockchain legal frameworks.
He is also a Ph.D. candidate at the same university. His research topic is the compensation of property damage arising from smart contracts and how the scope of that damage should be determined.
