The short answer. You find a lawyer in Rustavi on legal.ge: the list of specialists in Rustavi shows 15 verified specialists, and the Ask form sends your question to several lawyers at once. Each card shows the lawyer's fields, working languages and, where one is published, the consultation fee.
Rustavi and Tbilisi are one working area
Every lawyer on the Rustavi list also works in Tbilisi, a short drive away in Georgia (the country). A meeting can therefore be in either city; in your first message, ask where the lawyer receives clients and whether they come to the court and offices in Rustavi. If the place matters to you, say so in the question itself.
What is offered in Rustavi
Civil law: contracts, family matters, property and obligations; the field most often offered.
Banking disputes: loans, security and dealings with a bank.
Criminal law: defence and representing a victim.
The list does not end there: some lawyers also take employment, corporate, administrative and migration matters. Add the field on the list so that only the lawyers for your kind of matter remain.
Languages
Most lawyers on the Rustavi list work in English, and about half also in Russian. The languages are on the card, so write your question in whichever is comfortable for you.
Before you book
A few lawyers on the Rustavi list publish a consultation fee, from GEL 100 to GEL 300. The others name it once they have read your question. Ask what the fee covers and whether a trip to Rustavi is charged separately.
