Elvin Sheiriev

Elvin Sheiriev is a member of the Georgian Bar Association, a general lawyer and a Bachelor of Law. In 2021, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and International Relations of the Georgian Technical University, majoring in Jurisprudence. After graduating from the university, from 2021 to December 2025, he worked as a lawyer at the Legal Aid Center "Law". During the same period, he worked as an assistant to a lawyer.

From April 1, 2025 to the present, he has been working as a lawyer at the Training Center "Bright Future".

His professional activities include working in civil, administrative and criminal law, studying legal issues, drafting legal documentation, participating in court proceedings and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities. Main areas of legal activity:

Civil law;

Administrative law;

Criminal law;

Court representation;

Legal consultation;

Preparation of legal documentation;

Protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities.

The basis of my professional activity is the rule of law, justice, professional ethics and respect for human rights and freedoms. I believe that the main purpose of a lawyer is not only to protect the legal interests of the client, but also to use all legal opportunities to achieve a fair and lawful result.

I approach each case with responsibility, principle and an individual approach. It is important for me to have a relationship with the client based on trust, to protect confidentiality and to conduct legal matters in good faith.
