LegalGEDavit Gholijashvili is a lawyer with over nine years of professional experience across various fields of law. He worked as a Legal Adviser within a project supported by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) titled “Protecting and Empowering Refugees, Asylum Seekers, Humanitarian Status Holders, and Stateless Persons in Georgia.” In addition to his expertise in migration law, Davit served for several years at the Constitutional Court of Georgia as a Senior Legal Assistant to a Judge, where he developed in-depth knowledge of human rights and constitutional law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master’s degree from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. Alongside his professional experience in both the private and public sectors, Davit’s academic career includes teaching constitutional litigation at various universities.
