The list of ministries under paragraph 2 is updated: a new sub-point 'd1)' for Infrastructure is added, and point 'z)' is reworded to specify Regional Development.
Sub-paragraph 'e 1' of paragraph 2 of Article 14 is changed to read 'Culture', and a new sub-paragraph 'th 1' is added reading 'Sports'.

This includes additions like Energy, Justice, and Culture, as well as renaming existing ministries (e.g., 'Environment Protection and Agriculture' becomes 'Environment Protection and Natural Resources').
