წერილობითი საბაჟო გადაწყვეტილება ძალაში შედის საქართველოს ზოგადი ადმინისტრაციული კოდექსის შესაბამისად, ხოლო სხვა საბაჟო გადაწყვეტილება ძალაში შედის მისი მიღებისთანავე და დაუყოვნებლივ უნდა აღსრულდეს, თუ ამ კოდექსით სხვა რამ არ არის დადგენილი.
