The short answer. You find a company lawyer on legal.ge: put your business question in the Ask form and several verified lawyers see it at the same time, or browse the list of corporate and commercial lawyers with their fees and languages. All of them work in English, most are based in Tbilisi, and they cover the whole life of a company in Georgia (the country): registering an LLC, keeping it compliant and the contracts it signs.
Setting up
Tell the lawyer who the founders are, where they live, how the shares will be split and who will be the director. With that, they can tell you which form suits your business and what you will be asked to sign. Ask, too, whether you need to come to Georgia for it.
Running it
Once the company exists, the work turns routine: a new director or shareholder, the first employee, a bank account. Ask which recurring obligations apply to your company and who will keep track of them: the lawyer, your accountant or you.
Contracts
Supplier, client, lease and employment contracts, and the agreement between the partners: a lawyer drafts them, or reads your draft before you sign. The partners' agreement is worth settling at the start, while everyone still agrees.
Bring to the first consultation
Founders: names, countries, the planned share split.
Activity: what the company will sell, and to whom.
Documents: a draft contract or a registry extract, if you have one.
Timing: when you need the company or the contract ready.
Fees
Corporate lawyers on legal.ge usually publish a consultation fee of GEL 300. A registration or a contract is often priced as a fixed sum; ask for that sum in writing before work starts.
