   Responsibility for organizing and managing regular passenger transport *within* municipal boundaries shifts from the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development to the respective municipality. Taxi (M1 category) regulation within Tbilisi or other self-governing cities is now handled by the city's municipal structure or a related legal entity.

   The ministry's role in regulating transportation is narrowed; municipalities now directly manage regular passenger transport within their boundaries, with specific provisions for taxi regulation in Tbilisi.

3. 19 ივნ. 2020

   The change assigns authority over regular passenger transport *within* municipal boundaries to the respective municipality, and in Tbilisi, to a specific structural unit of the Tbilisi City Hall.
