საქართველოს სახელმწიფო უსაფრთხოების სამსახურის უწყებრივ საგამოძიებო ქვემდებარეობაში არსებულ, საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის XXXVIII თავით გათვალისწინებულ დანაშაულთა წინააღმდეგ ეფექტიანი ბრძოლის მიზნით საქართველოს ფინანსთა, ეკონომიკისა და მდგრადი განვითარების და თავდაცვის სამინისტროები, საქართველოს ეროვნული ბანკი თავიანთი კომპეტენციის ფარგლებში საქართველოს სახელმწიფო უსაფრთხოების სამსახურს აწვდიან საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის კოდექსის XXXVIII თავით გათვალისწინებულ დანაშაულთა ნიშნების შემცველი ქმედებების შესახებ ინფორმაციას.
