Giorgi Phantsulaia

On December 14, 2025, Giorgi Pantsulaia was elected as a member of the Executive Board of the Georgian Bar Association by the decision of the General Meeting of the Association. He has a 13-year successful legal career in the field of criminal law. His work experience includes, among others, court representation in particularly complex and high-profile criminal cases. Since 2019, he has been a mentor lawyer of the Georgian Bar Association. Since 2018, he has been the founder and director of the law firm "Giorgi Pantsulaia and Partners". In 2016, he passed the juvenile justice test of the Georgian Bar Association. In 2014-2015, he was an invited trainer in parliamentary debates at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2014, he became the champion of Georgia among lawyers in parliamentary debates, under the auspices of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association. In 2010-2014, he was involved in various important projects at the Tbilisi office of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association. In 2010, he successfully passed the qualification exam for employees of the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia. Giorgi Pantsulaia received a Master of Laws degree with honors from Akaki Tsereteli State University. Earlier, he graduated with honors from the same university with a bachelor's degree in law. He completed continuing education courses in criminal law and civil law at the Tbilisi Training Center of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association.
