Giorgi Pantsulaia received a Master of Laws degree with honors from Akaki Tsereteli State University. Earlier, he graduated with honors from the same university with a bachelor's degree in law. He completed continuing education courses in criminal law and civil law at the Tbilisi Training Center of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association.
