Since 2023, he has been collaborating with the Training Center of Justice of Georgia, conducting trainings, lectures, and seminars in various fields of law. Moris's practical experience includes legal business support, registration of business entities, drafting legal documents, and managing real estate transactions. However, his strongest expertise lies in Immigration Law, with four years of experience and over 1,000 successfully processed immigration cases.

On December 14, 2025, Giorgi Pantsulaia was elected as a member of the Executive Board of the Georgian Bar Association by the decision of the General Meeting of the Association. He has a 13-year successful legal career in the field of criminal law. His work experience includes, among others, court representation in particularly complex and high-profile criminal cases. Since 2019, he has been a mentor lawyer of the Georgian Bar Association. Since 2018, he has been the founder and director of the law firm "Giorgi Pantsulaia and Partners". In 2016, he passed the juvenile justice test of the Georgian Bar Association. In 2014-2015, he was an invited trainer in parliamentary debates at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2014, he became the champion of Georgia among lawyers in parliamentary debates, under the auspices of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association. In 2010-2014, he was involved in various important projects at the Tbilisi office of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association. In 2010, he successfully passed the qualification exam for employees of the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia. Giorgi Pantsulaia received a Master of Laws degree with honors from Akaki Tsereteli State University. Earlier, he graduated with honors from the same university with a bachelor's degree in law. In 2024, I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. In 2022-2023, I was an intern at the Batumi City Court. In 2023-2025, I was a paralegal in the Adjara region. Since 2026, I have been a lawyer specializing in criminal law.
