Ana Abramashvili — a member of the Georgian Bar Association (Registry No. 10005) — is an experienced, results-oriented Attorney-at-Law specializing in Civil and Administrative Law. She holds a Master's degree in Private/Business Law from the International University of Georgia (2018) and possesses additional qualification in Children's Rights (Civil Law). Her professional journey began in 2013 at the NGO "Coalition Public Initiative," where she worked as a lawyer involved in parliamentary session monitoring, legislative analysis, and legal article drafting. Between 2014 and 2018, she completed internships at several leading notary and law offices, including the law firms of Giorgi Tikadze, Kakhaber Matoshvili, and Mikheil Otarashvili, as well as FMG Legal LLC and the NGO "Human Rights Center." In 2018, Ana launched her active professional career — serving as Chief Lawyer at Innovators Group Georgia (2018–2020), Litigation Lawyer at an international Arab company (2018–2019), and since 2019, she has been running an independent private legal practice. From 2019 to 2023, she held the position of Chief Lawyer/Attorney at Cardinal Consulting LLC. Currently, Ana Abramashvili simultaneously serves as Chief Lawyer and Attorney at several leading organizations: S.E.A LLC (WST) (since 2023), Baraka LLC (since 2024), New Word + LLC (since 2024), and Luxin LLC (since 2025).
