Construction company LLC “Tbilkvadrati” | Lawyer: I led the complex legal processes of obtaining construction permits, supporting architectural projects, preparing construction contracts, founding documents of partnerships and dissolution. 2017 – 2023 | National Agency of Public Registry (Ministry of Justice) | Specialist of the Department of Registration of Under-Construction Facilities: For 6 years, I directly carried out legal expertise and registration of multi-storey buildings under construction, architectural projects, demolition documents, construction, pre-purchase and rights transfer agreements.
